Your donation will help The Blanton bring Turner to Monet: Masterpieces from The Walters Art Museum to our community this fall (October 2, 2010 - January 2, 2011).
Forty paintings by some of the most celebrated Impressionist and 19th-century artists will be on view for university and K-12 students and the general public to enjoy, including works by Degas, Monet, Manet, Turner, and Delacroix. This is a rare opportunity to experience such extraordinary masterworks in Austin!
PLUS, your gift will be MULTIPLIED by 50% thanks to a generous $100,000 challenge grant made by Austin donors Joe and Teresa Long.
That means that a gift of $50 will be matched by the Long’s for a total of $75. You can multiply your donation, help bring great art to Austin, AND help meet the challenge!
