The Blanton welcomes you to host events, ranging from festive receptions to exclusive black-tie dinners, in the Mari and James A. Michener Gallery Building and the new Edgar A. Smith Building.
Corporate entertaining opportunities for Corporate Sponsors are determined as part of a tailored sponsorship package developed by the Blanton in collaboration with the sponsor.
The Blanton also offers rental opportunities to private clients at the rental rates listed below.

Osborne Seminar Room and Foyer
The Osborne Seminar Room in the Michener Gallery Building is ideally suited for small, special engagements such as board meetings and lectures. The room comes equipped with eight moveable tables and 20 chairs, a projection screen, floor outlets, and a multi-line telephone with teleconferencing capability.
Although no food is allowed in the Osborne Seminar Room, the foyer, an open area just outside the Osborne Seminar Room, is perfect for hosting receptions in conjunction with engagements in the Osborne Seminar Room. The foyer features a rotating exhibition of works from the Blanton collection of prints and drawings.
The Osborne Seminar Room and Foyer are only available for rental during the museum's normal hours of operation.

Rapoport Atrium
This elegant space with its soaring 50-foot ceiling and spectacular saw-toothed skylights serves as the centerpiece of the museum. Whether you wish to host a black-tie dinner or a grand reception, the Rapoport Atrium will make a lasting impression for every attendee. Rental of this space includes access to galleries on the first floor of the Michener Gallery Building except during exhibition installation.

Michener Gallery Building
In addition to the Rapoport Atrium, the Michener Gallery Building includes 35,500 square feet of exhibition space located on two floors. In 27 spacious to intimate gallery rooms, the Blanton displays an impressive variety of art sure to engage and delight all who attend your event.
