Event Details

Performa/Dance performs three dance works choreographed by the award-winning Jennifer Hart.

Murmuration (Jennifer Hart, 2018)
Murmuration arose out of witnessing incredible choreography by a flock of birds, called a murmuration. The movement captures the essence of flight patterns and bird-like movements.

Spaces (Jennifer Hart, 2016)
Spaces is an abstract, highly physical work that investigates the delicate actions of call and response in forming and building friendships, and in the process, cultivating an architecture of togetherness.

untitled (Jennifer Hart, 2018)
A duet created for our second annual fundraiser, Performa/Tango, set to music by local composer and pianist Catherine Davis.
