Team-Building Workshops

“We came together as a team to enjoy art and reflect on the power of diverse perspectives, open-mindedness, and communication… we’re still talking about the experience!”

Testimonials

Relaxing, thought-provoking, and rejuvenating.  I got a chance to spend time with my colleagues in a way I don’t usually get to, and that was delightful.”
AGE of Central Texas

“The Blanton’s team building workshop provided our team the opportunity to engage with art in such a unique way – one that elevated each person’s contribution to the discussion and exploration. The facilitator did a beautiful job creating an environment where our whole team felt compelled and excited to participate. This workshop is an unforgettable professional development experience for any organization or team, and we’ve already recommended it to several of our partners and clients!”
Bloom Communications

“I loved it! I love the different types of activities and range of things we did. It felt nice to relax, laugh and be engaged with my creative side of the brain.. which I rarely access I think.”

“Ray was such a wonderful guide and facilitator.  I really enjoyed how collaborative and embodiment-based his approach was.  It felt really different and much more enjoyable than a more traditional art “critique” experience. I would’ve followed him around the Blanton for many more hours than the two we had.”
SAFE Austin

“I loved the experience, and can’t rave enough about how our guide allowed our thoughts and collaboration to organically develop.  We had the time and space to really consider the art and each other’s perspective.  Such a great wakeup call in terms of team projects!”
Civitas Learning

“… a creative means of professional development that explored team dynamics and communication styles…”

“Everyone was engaged in some way.  Individuals that are usually reserved were more talkative.  The educators were non-judgemental and gentle in their facilitation style.”
