10:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. – Look & Listen Storytime: Our most popular program for young visitors! Read along to picture books paired with works of art. Inspiring curiosity in ages 4-8 years old.

1:30 p.m. – Looking Together: Ever wondered how others interpret an artwork? Let’s explore some of the visitor-favorites in our collection together! We’ll use creative ways of looking to make connections and meaning. Recommended for all visitors 12 years & older.

Ikebana Flower Arrangements with Austin Ikebana Group – Austin Ikebana Group will demonstrate classical and contemporary styles of ikebana. Attendees can drop in and create their own arrangements.
Sound Bath Meditation – Cynthia Bernard of ATX Yoga will lead two 20-minute sound bath meditation sessions around Summer Circle by Richard Long.
Poetry for Self-Reflection – Austin Typewriter Ink will oversee this activity, with prompts for attendees to drop in and express themselves.

Learn more about the colossal Triumph of Death (Triunfo de la muerte) by Artemio Rodríguez with Florencia Bazzano, Assistant Curator, Latin American Art, Blanton Museum of Art. The work is featured in In Creative Harmony: Three Artistic Partnerships through July 20, 2025.

Parking is available at Brazos Garage and Trinity Garage. UT parking rates apply. Members get $4 all-day parking at Brazos Garage and Trinity Garage, payable at Check-In. Rideshares can drop off and pick up in the Museum Drop-Off on Brazos St. Get more transportation tips, including bicycle parking and bus routes, on our Visit page.

Purchase Blanton All Day tickets in advance or at the museum. Check in for your wristband which gives you access to the museum grounds, galleries, and Austin by Ellsworth Kelly. Wristbands are valid all day. Store all large bags in our free lockers at Check-In before entering the galleries and Austin.

Blanton All Day is for all ages! We offer several family-friendly art programs from 10:30 am – 12 noon. See our FAQs page for tips on visiting with young children.

Food and drink are available for purchase, or pack a picnic to enjoy outside on the Moody Patio or under the covered loggias. Free lockers are available at Check-In to store food & drink containers and large bags.

Take a deep dive into art, art histories, and more with these unique hour-long talks presented by distinguished guests such as artists, curators, and art historians.

Time varies. Only offered at select Blanton All Day events. Check schedule for times and info. Talks take place in the Capitol Room (second floor, Check-In building).
