2025 Blanton Gala Committee Hosts
Co-Host: Lindsey Morgan
Lindsey Morgan is a third-generation native Texan and a proud alumna of the University of Texas. She began her career in the theater arts and film industry in Austin, Texas, with early roles in Friday Night Lights, My Generation, and various local commercials. She went on to become a Daytime Emmy-nominated actress and director, best known for her portrayal of Raven Reyes on The 100, a role she played for seven seasons on The CW. Her performance earned her the 2018 Cannes Rising Star Award and TVLineโs Performer of the Week honor in 2016.
Following her success on The 100, Morgan starred as Micki Ramirez, the female lead in The CWโs Walker, a role that ultimately brought her back home to Austin, Texas.
Her other notable work includes leading the sci-fi action franchise Skylines, Eberly in Paramountโs Scrambled, and leading in MGMโs Summer Days and Summer Nights, directed by Ed Burns. She also received a Daytime Emmy nomination for her role as Kristina on General Hospital and has made other numerous guest appearances on television.
Beyond her career in entertainment, Morgan is a passionate advocate for mental health and serves as an ambassador for the Active Minds organization.
She currently resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband and pets and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first child this July.
