Launched in conjunction with the opening in 2018, this informal lecture series explores interesting facets of Kelly’s practice, from his service in the Ghost Army during World War II to his postcard collages.

In response to the Covid 19 pandemic of 2020, the Blanton launched the Austin livestream as a destination for at home art lovers. During this challenging time, visitors could find a moment of respite by watching the sun’s rays pass through Austin’s stained-glass windows.
