Membership Cards

Membership cards have gone digital. Your digital card will arrive via email within 4-5 days. Want to visit before that? You can! Your membership is active as soon as you join or renew.

Tip: If your email has a sensitive spam filter, be sure to add member@blantonmuseum.org to your address book so you don’t miss the email.

Prefer a physical card? Request a printed card.

Click on the link in the email to download your card to your phone. For iPhones, add to Apple Wallet. For Androids, add to Google Wallet (download the WalletPasses app from Google Play). See video tutorials below for a step-by-step guide.

There are two ways to activate the secondary member card:

  1. Forward the secondary member the email to download their card.
  2. Download your card and then share directly on Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android) by clicking the “Share” icon on the back of the card.

Yes. Please email us at member@blantonmuseum.org, and we will send an email with the link to download your card.

Renewals & Upgrades

Access the Blanton member portal anytime to view your membership expiration date. You can also update your contact information on the portal.

Please email us at member@blantonmuseum.org or call us at (512) 471–9880 to cancel auto-renewal transactions prior to your membership expiration date. Auto-renewal payments are processed on your current membership’s expiration date.

You can upgrade your membership at any time. The cost difference will be charged and will apply to the remainder of your current membership term. Please visit the museum or call us at (512) 471-9880 to upgrade your membership level. (Upgrades are not possible online.)

Memberships are not refundable. If you’re no longer able to visit and would like to transfer your membership to a friend, please email us at member@blantonmuseum.org or call us at (512) 471–9880.

Benefits & More

Any guest passes included with your Sustaining or Director’s Circle Membership will be sent to you via email when you join or renew.

Your digital membership card will have all your reciprocal benefit programs listed. Just show your card at the reciprocal museum you are visiting!

You will also receive a tax receipt via email within two weeks of joining or renewing.
