The top left quadrant depicts St. Bartholomew kneeling over three people: a a king and a queen and a princess in a pool apparently baptizing them. The second quadrant depicts St Bartholomew talking to a king. The third quadrant depicts St Bartholomew being flayed. The Fourth is Saints flayed body being buried.
