Performa/Dance performs three dance works choreographed by the award-winning Jennifer Hart.
Murmuration (Jennifer Hart, 2018)
Murmuration arose out of witnessing incredible choreography by a flock of birds, called a murmuration. The movement captures the essence of flight patterns and bird-like movements.
Spaces (Jennifer Hart, 2016)
Spaces is an abstract, highly physical work that investigates the delicate actions of call and response in forming and building friendships, and in the process, cultivating an architecture of togetherness.

Beat the Rush is a performance series that features live music and performances inspired by visual art on view.
Museum admission is always free on Thursdays. On the third Thursday of each month, the museum remains open until 9 pm.
The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Paid parking is available in the Blanton/Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the front desk of the museum.
