Join us for a special performance from members of the Butler Opera Center as they portray a selection of scenes from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s libretto ’Eugene Onegin.’

Performed in Russian, this moving tale is a composition based on the original novel written by Alexander Pushkin.  Filled with epic songs, dances, and a heart-stopping duel, this uniquely Russian opera keeps you on the edge of your seat. You can see the opera performed in full when it opens at the McCullough Theatre on April 26th.

This event is included in the price of admission. Free for members and UT students, faculty, and staff.

The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Paid parking is available in the Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the museum for payment and validation.
