ABOUT MINDFUL WEAVING

Mindful Weaving was developed by student artists Alyssa LeLeux and Arohi Ranade to promote weaving as a means for stress-reduction and mindful relaxation. Museum visitors of all ages are invited to experience the freeing simplicity and soothing repetition of weaving. The project invites visitors to move from looking at art in the galleries into making something with their hands.
