Event Details

Designed especially for preschool children and their caregivers, 3ft Deep programs promote imaginative thinking, social-emotional growth, and expressive use of language. A Blanton educator will introduce a half-hour gallery activity followed by a process-focused art project in the WorkLAB studio. All activities emphasize creative and interpretive processes inspired by Reggio Emilia approaches, as well as adult-child collaboration. Space is limited to 12 participants (children and adults).

  • Registration is strongly encouraged as space is limited. 
  • Online registration begins at 3pm, one week prior to program date (click below button to register).

This event is included in the price of admission. Free for members and UT students, faculty, and staff.

The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Paid parking is available in the Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the museum for payment and validation.
