Welcome in the Summer Solstice at another late night at the museum as part of our ’Fridays Late Till 8’ series! Drop by our museum shop to peruse our gift selection and enjoy some refreshments from our café in between art gazing.
Enjoy a performance by the Austin Chamber Music Center who will feature PonyTrap, a group that describes itself as ’Industrial Music for Modern Primitives.’ Check them out at http://www.ponytrapmusic.com/ and see them perform live in our museum atrium at 6pm.
This event is included in the price of admission. Free for members and UT students, faculty, and staff.
The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Paid parking is available in the Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the museum for payment and validation.
