Enjoy a special performance featuring TakeNote!, the chorus’s premiere small group ensemble who will make their debut concert!  The group will challenge the human vocal range and explore the musical genre spectrum from Latin chant to the contemporary sounds of Pentatonix.

The award-winning Austin Gay Men’s Chorus, is a TTBB chorus, based in Austin, TX and is the longest, continually running men’s chorus in Austin. From local churches and theaters in the Austin area, to Carnegie Hall in New York City, to the concert halls of international locales, the Austin Gay Men’s Chorus has a rich performance history that spans over 30 years!

Museum admission is always free on Thursdays. On the third Thursday of each month, the museum remains open until 9 pm.

The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Paid parking is available in the Blanton/Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the front desk of the museum.
