Music at the Blanton: Nathan Felix

Austin-based composer, Nathan Felix will present a live and immersive opera featuring newly composed music and libretto inspired by ’Medieval Monsters: Terrors, Aliens, Wonders.’  Follow opera singers as they move within the gallery and amongst museumgoers to create an immersive, surround-sound experience at the Blanton.

Museum admission is always free on Thursdays. On the third Thursday of each month, the museum remains open until 9 pm.

The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Paid parking is available in the Blanton/Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the front desk of the museum.
