Event Details

Baby, it’s HOT outside…and inside our H-E-B-Print Study Room.

We’re turning up the heat with July’s pop-up print exhibition, which will feature searing images like blacksmith forges, flames, a volcano, Dante’s Inferno, and even sunbathers. The artists include Yayoi Kusama, Robert Rauschenberg, Eugène Delacroix, and Leopoldo Méndez.

Of course, you’ll be viewing these prints in the comfort of the very air-conditioned Blanton, so you can chill while you’re experiencing ’HEAT,’ the pop-up print exhibition for Fridays Late Till Eight (5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) on July 19th. This exhibition is included with admission.

The Blanton is located at the intersection of Congress Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Paid parking is available in the Blanton/Brazos Garage on Brazos Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Parking is $4; bring your ticket with you to the front desk of the museum for payment and validation.
